PCK Supplies 7-Meter Diameter Steel Pipe for CEC Yangjiang Nanpeng Island 300MW Offshore Wind Power Project

On April 8, 2019, the production team of the three-roll workshop at PCK Zhuhai Steel Pipe (PCK Zhuhai) Company received exciting news! The team's joint efforts resulted in the successful production of a three-roll formed welded pipe with a large diameter of φ7000mm. This achievement lays a solid foundation for the on-time delivery of the order for the 300MW offshore wind power project of Yangnan Pengdao, Yangjiang, China Energy Conservation Corporation (CEC).

The products ordered for the Yangjiang Nanpengdao 300MW offshore wind power project are crucial components of large-scale offshore wind farms. This order's pipe section requires not only large specifications but also high precision, with an ellipticity of less than 1‰ of the pipe diameter. The management team at PCK Zhuhai prioritized the production of this order. They coordinated the work of the three-roll workshop team, organized technical experts to quickly complete the process design, and through rigorous quality control and supervision, successfully manufactured a 7000mm diameter three-roll forming welded pipe.
