East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project

The EACOP proejct is designed to export Uganda, Lake Albert crude oil discoveries, net of supply to a Refinery, through a buried pipeline to the Marine Storage Terminal (MST) located at Chongoleani, Tanga district on the Eastern Coast of Tanzania. The pipeline extends from Hoima, Uganda to Tanga, Tanzania, with a total length of 1,445 kilometers. Once completed, it will transport 6.8 billion barrels of oil every year.

PCK will provide a total of 260,000 KM of COE oil and gas transmission pipeline. After the project is put into operation, it will greatly promote the rapid economic development of the East African region.
