PCK Lianyungang Company completed the three-month pipe fittings processing project for Xi'an Water Group Nanchi Diversion Project in just one month. PCK Lianyungang Company completed the three-month pipe fittings processing project for Xi'an Water Group Nanchi Diversion Project in just one month. As a result, all orders for steel pipes and pipe fittings were completed and shipped on schedule.  Additionally, Xi'an Nanjiao Water Treatment Plant and Doumen Reservoir Diversion Project processing projects were successfully completed. With PCK's advanced pipe making technology, complete industrial chain, and high-quality management, the company produced a total of 6,700 tons of steel pipes and pipe fittings for incoming material processing. 

It is understood that the construction of the Xi'an water project is facing difficulties, particularly in urban areas where the construction schedule is tight and there are numerous sub-bids, underground cultural relics, and line changes. Additionally, the 14th National Games will be held in Xi'an in September of this year, making it imperative that Xi'an Water Group ensures the new water plant and water supply system can provide normal water supply before the Games. This project is both a major livelihood initiative and a significant political task for Xi'an. It is a great challenge for our company to complete this large project ahead of schedule while maintaining high standards and quality within the given timeframe. Our goal is to ensure the successful promotion and implementation of all projects. 

According to reports, the production volume of this batch of pipe fittings processing project is high and the schedule is tight.   After receiving the task, our company and the owner cooperated fully, working day and night and fighting continuously for a whole month to complete a workload that should have taken three months. Our goal was to ensure that this batch of steel pipes and fittings would be delivered on schedule, by May 18th. This achievement once again reflects the good qualities of our company: we honor our contracts, maintain our reputation, and are committed to delivering high-quality products.  In light of the project's characteristics, our company conducted a technical analysis and found ways to overcome various difficulties. We achieved several firsts: opening the western water pipeline market, completing the steel pipe FRP anti-corrosion project, finishing the steel pipe coating anti-corrosion project, and implementing a new technology for batch pipe fitting material grouping, anti-corrosion, and repair.

This project marks the start of our strategic partnership with Xi'an Water Group.   The northwest water pipeline market shows great potential for growth, with projects such as South-to-North Water Diversion, Han-Jiwei Diversion, Xi'an Reservoir Networking, Dongzhuang Reservoir Renovation, and Urban Water Supply and Drainage. It is expected that the demand for large-diameter water supply pipelines will exceed 200,000 tons per year.  We are confident that we will summarize our experience with Xi'an Water Group and continue to strengthen our cooperation. Our goal is to provide high-quality steel pipes and services to Xi'an and the entire Northwest market. Together, we will write a new chapter of East-West cooperation.
