The Zhuhai Municipal Government organized a special meeting on April 16th to discuss the development of private enterprises and how to help PCK grow

In the afternoon of April 16th, Wu Lin, Secretary General of Zhuhai Government, and He Qingming, Deputy Secretary General of Zhuhai Government, were entrusted by Mayor Yao Yisheng to lead the meeting with the relevant government units at the city and district levels. A special meeting was held between PCK Zhuhai and relevant state-owned enterprises of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) to discuss how to assist in the operation and development of PCK Zhuhai. Kong Wei, General Manager of Zhuhai Base, Zhu Qiuhong, and Jing Sikang, Deputy General Managers of Zhuhai Base, attended the meeting to discuss the implementation of relevant programs. The Zhuhai Gaolan Harbor Management Committee, Xiangzhou District Government, Wanshan Management Committee, Municipal Financial Work Bureau, Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Municipal Bureau of Transportation, Municipal Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, Municipal Highway Bureau, Huafa Group, Zhenfang Group, Transportation Group, Gas Company, and Water Group participated in this special meeting.

Zhuhai Base General Manager Kong Wei presented a report on the current state of business development to the attending leaders. The report covered topics such as resuming work, epidemic prevention materials, bank financial support, cooperation with the government's industrial investment fund, supply chain financing business cooperation with Zhuhai state-owned enterprises, wharf business development cooperation, and policy support for the group's headquarters economic settlement in Zhuhai. During the meeting, Kong Wei engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from competent government departments and state-owned enterprises to address issues related to supporting enterprise livelihoods and land. 

Mr. Wu Lin, the Secretary General, stated that it is crucial for the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to address practical issues faced by enterprises and promote their growth. This is an important responsibility towards serving the people and facilitating economic development. As a representative of Zhuhai's excellent local manufacturing industry, PCK should receive strong support from the Zhuhai municipal government to promote the enterprise's growth under the economic background of the big infrastructure. All relevant government departments in PCK should prioritize the use of PCK's high-quality products in municipal steel structure projects in Zhuhai, as well as in key engineering projects such as Huangmaohai Bridge, urban water transmission projects, and super high-rise building construction. When cooperating between state-owned and private enterprises, we should make more efforts and take bold actions to support the development of PCK's terminal business. We should also continue to do a good job in the cooperation in the field of supply chain finance. We welcome PCK Group's headquarters to settle in Zhuhai. The Zhuhai Municipal Government will fully support and implement relevant preferential supportive policies and services. Hengqin will be recommended as the preferred area for the enterprise's headquarters to settle in.
