Mayor Yao Yisheng and his team visited the Zhuhai base to show sympathy and support its development and growth

Yao Yisheng, the Deputy Secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee, Mayor, and Executive Deputy Director of the Municipal New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, conducted a research study at Panyu Chu Kong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., a key enterprise in Gaolan Harbor Economic Zone, to promote the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures and the resumption of work and production in the city. Accompanying the company were Wu Lin, Secretary General of the Municipal Government and Director of the Office of the Municipal Government, Mu Hong, Director of the Municipal Financial Work Bureau, Fu Zhi, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Zhou Xichuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Gaolan Harbor Economic Zone, along with other party members. They were briefed on the company's production and operation status, as well as its resumption of work and production during the epidemic. 

Representatives from PCK Zhuhai Group, including Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Chen Chang, General Manager Mr. Chen Guoxiong, General Manager Ms. Mu Huajing, and Mr. Kong Wei, participated in the event. Mr. Chen Chang and Mr. Chen Guoxiong reported to Mayor Yao Yisheng and his entourage about the work of PCK Zhuhai base in preventing and controlling the epidemic, as well as resuming production. They also discussed the operation of PCK Zhuhai Pipe Group and PCK Zhuhai base, which is rooted in Zhuhai and facing the global market. They highlighted the many opportunities under the background of the construction of the Greater Bay Area, as well as the planning and conception of the future development of PCK Zhuhai.

Upon learning that PCK has fully resumed production and achieved a 100% resumption rate, Mayor Yao Yisheng expressed his full affirmation and encouraged the enterprise to leverage its industrial base and technological advantages, accurately meet market demand, tap into its potential, expand production capacity, and continue to excel and grow stronger. PCK's corporate philosophy of prioritizing the development of advanced technology in the field of steel pipe manufacturing and always prioritizing quality as the foundation of its growth was highly praised by PCK.

During the investigation, Mayor Yao Yisheng instructed the city and district authorities to support the development of PCK and address any problems or difficulties the enterprise may face.

Specifically, the mayor emphasized the need to increase the output value of PCK through industrial and financial support, and by prioritizing local projects. Additionally, the mayor encouraged the further development of PCK's industrial sector. Steel-based green and assembled buildings can enhance the artistic beauty, cultural characteristics, and intelligence of urban structures. PCK products and services can be promoted in this promising direction of development. 

Mayor Yao is more confident in accomplishing tasks related to Zhuhai's urban planning, such as the construction of the Dong'ao Island corridor, steel structure bridge over the river, and pedestrian overpasses, due to PCK's performance in the field of steel structure and its technical advantages. He has instructed to explore and promote a new mode of cooperation between the government and enterprises, and to carry out the whole chain of cooperation according to the government's needs.

PCK should establish its headquarters in Zhuhai. The relevant departments of the Zhuhai government should provide policy support for the headquarters economy, expansion of production, and business upgrading of PCK, a private enterprise.

Additionally, support should be provided for the development of land supply for staff life support.
