PCK Lianyungang Company Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with CNPC Pipeline Anti-corrosion Engineering Company

PCK Lianyungang Company has recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with CNPC Pipeline Anti-corrosion Engineering Company. The agreement aims to enhance their collaboration and improve their services. Both parties will utilize their respective strengths in products, technology, talent, and resources to establish a comprehensive cooperative relationship. They will vigorously expand the market for pipeline anticorrosion and provide better and more standardized services for domestic and international oil, gas, and water transmission projects.

Present at the event were Mr. Ling Yi, Chairman of Lianyungang Base; Mr. Yao Navy, CEO of Lianyungang Base; Mr. Li Junqiang, Executive Vice President of Lianyungang Base; Mr. Gong Jianwen, General Manager of PCK Anti-corrosion; Mr. Han Zhigao, General Manager of CNOOC Anti-corrosion; Mr. Wang Xianjun, Deputy General Manager of CNOOC Anti-corrosion; and other leaders from both parties. 

During the agreement signing ceremony, Chairman Ling Yi briefly analyzed the development advantages of the base and the prospects of the pipeline anti-corrosion industry. He clarified that the strategic cooperation would bring great benefits to both sides. Mr. Ling stated that the government will invest 200 billion RMB to develop Xu Wei New District into the seventh largest chemical park in China. Additionally, PCK Anti-corrosion's unique location provides access to the best railroads, high-speed road networks, and sea freight transportation channels, resulting in high logistic efficiency and low transportation costs. This offers significant development opportunities and value-added services for partners. Mr. Han Zhigao, General Manager of CNOOC, praised PCK's production, research, and market development capabilities, as well as the international brand of PCK, the parent company of PCK Group. Both parties expressed their good wishes for the establishment of a strategic cooperative relationship and full confidence in future comprehensive and in-depth cooperation.

CNPC Anti-corrosion is a limited liability company invested by China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Bureau. The company specializes in providing anti-corrosion and heat preservation solutions for key domestic and foreign oil and gas long-distance pipelines. It concentrates the original anti-corrosion equipment, advanced technology, and a large number of anti-corrosion professionals with rich experience in anti-corrosion and heat preservation engineering construction. The industrial layout of PCK and its anti-corrosion capabilities complement each other well, providing ample opportunities for cooperation.

According to reports, PCK Anti-corrosion and CNOOC Anti-corrosion will soon collaborate on steel pipe anti-corrosion products.
