PCK Zhuhai is the first domestic manufacturer of structural steel pipes to receive certification from French company TOTAL

Panyu Chu Kong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has passed Total's global supplier qualification certification and has been added to the list of Total's qualified suppliers. This makes PCK Zhuhai the first Chinese manufacturer of structural products for marine equipment to receive this certification.

Total is the fourth largest publicly traded oil and gas company in the world, operating in over 130 countries across the entire industry value chain. This includes offshore exploration, refining, sales, and transportation of crude and refined oil products. Obtaining the relevant qualifications is crucial for the company's growth and market development.  

Since Total has accepted PCK Zhuhai's application for supplier qualification certification, it has been evaluating the production process, process control, product quality, testing capability, document management, production safety, and environmental protection according to its strict audit system. With its high production quality and efficient management mechanism, combined with the suggestions made by the evaluation team, the company has continuously optimized the production process, strengthened project management, increased technological innovation, ensured product quality, improved testing capacity, and ensured safety and environmental protection. As a result, it has successfully passed Total's comprehensive audit.

The shortlisting of PCK from Total's global qualified supplier list once again demonstrates PCK's comprehensive competitive strength in brand, technology, and manufacturing.

The three-roll production line is dedicated to producing steel structure pipe piles with a pipe diameter of up to 7000㎜ and a wall thickness of up to 230㎜. The products are commonly used in the construction of structural pipes, including steel bridges, high-voltage transmission towers, sea and land wind power towers, marine platform equipment, and ultra-long steel pipe piles. 

PCK Zhuhai has a professional product quality management team and a perfect quality management system. They have established a sound quality management system and have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 management system certifications. Additionally, they have obtained the license certificate of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration (TS) and the certificates of API 5L/2B (American Petroleum Institute).   The text mentions several organizations, including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), ASME-U, the European Union's EN-CPR, and the International Welding Management System ISO 3834.
