PCK Zhuhai Successfully Delivered Pipeline for New Gas Project

On June 29, 2018, PCK Zhuhai successfully delivered the first batch of 10,000 tons of steel pipes for a new gas pipeline project. The pipes produced by PCK Zhuhai are Φ1016x17.5 and Φ1016x21 LSAW steel pipes with internal and external corrosion protection.

The state-approved new gas pipeline project is a large-scale energy project with a total investment of over RMB 130 billion. It consists of one trunk line and six branch lines, totaling approximately 8,400 kilometers in length. The trunk line begins in Mubi County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, and ends in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, with a design capacity of 30 billion cubic meters per year. Upon completion, the pipeline will play a crucial role in increasing China's natural gas supply, optimizing the energy structure, and enhancing the national natural gas transmission capacity of the trunk line.

Currently, PCK Zhuhai has delivered the first batch of 10,000 tons of LSAW steel pipes successfully, and the subsequent 20,000 tons of steel pipes will be delivered according to plan.
