Production Line

The production line employs a three-roller/four-roller bending machine to shape the short pipe section. CO2 shielded arc welding is utilized for tack welding, followed by pre-welding heat treatment. Internal and external straight welding, as well as internal and external girth welding, are performed using single wire, multi-layer, and multi-pass welding. After completing the welding process, the weld seam undergoes heat treatment to reduce residual stress and improve the stress corrosion resistance of the metal. The production line produces pipes with a large wall thickness and diameter, making them suitable for structural applications such as steel bridges, high-voltage transmission towers, wind towers, offshore platform equipment, and super-long pipe piles.
