Since 1998, the company has been developing high-end technology products and integrating internal and external resources. We introduced three advanced straight-seam welded pipe production lines and, through digestion, absorption, and re-innovation, formed our own core technology. This laid the foundation for the company's development from a high starting point. In 2003, the company established a provincial enterprise technology center. Through cooperation with scientific research institutes, the company extensively researches and develops new technologies and products. The results of this collaboration constitute an important part of the company's independent core technology.

In China, PCK possesses core technology for UOE and JCOE LSAW steel pipe production and develops new products for oil and gas transmission pipeline construction projects. The company is a leader in the welded pipe industry with a complete LSAW pipe production process, perfect product structure, and advanced equipment and technology. It is currently recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise.

The company has a measuring room that houses the national-class measurement unit. This room supports various testing equipment such as the material testing machine, low-temperature impact material testing machine, 30,000 joules of falling hammer tear testing machine, computer-controlled chemical composition vacuum direct reading spectrometer, and metallurgical microscope.
